Aku & Stress

Aku selalu ada masalah stress. Selalunya aku pandai advice orang tapi tak practice pada diri sendiri. Bila orang advice aku rasa macam susah nak terima. Aku Ego kan? Sekarang aku dalam proses untuk berubah. Walaupun aku tak pernah mention even kat siapa-siapa pun, aku nak tingkatkan self-esteem aku and buang semua sikap buruk. Untuk berubah and kekalkan tu payah. Aku akui sepanjang aku cuba, ada saja masalah datang menimpa & buat aku sangat-sangat stress. Aku tak nak freak out. Ok guys, bawah ni ada tips - tips untuk kurang kan stress. Tiap - tiap hari aku baca. Sejukkan hati aku and harap - harap bawa faedah kat korang juga k.
