how to live happier
=)First thing you will need to do is realize the amount of time that has been given to you. For example: When you wake up in the morning or whenever you do wake up, that is the beginning of the time that you have until you go to sleep again or die.
=) Your eyes are now opened. Now, take a deep breath and say to yourself how grateful you are for the time that you have been granted. Smile and get out of bed.
=)Now, you can go and take your morning shower and just relax and think positive about your day ahead. Think about all the good things that will happen and you will help to make real. Life is about being realistic and we all know that not every day in your life is not going to be a great day but the reality is, that being alive is a fantastic thing.
=)Finally, just live your life and enjoy the time that you have been granted and be realistic about things that you have no control of. For instance, what ever happened yesterday, happened and it makes no sense dwelling over it.
